Collections Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone to recover overdue payments
• Negotiate repayment plans

• Maintain accurate call records and notes
• Meet daily and monthly collection targets

• Handle customer objections professionally
• Escalate difficult cases when necessary

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English required)
• Basic computer skills (Excel / CRM)

• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong discipline and attendance
