About the role Fullstock is a growing food and beverage company with its own factory and a distribution operation across Egypt. We're looking for a Telesales Specialist to join our HoReCa sales team in Sheikh Zayed. You'll manage and grow our restaurant, café, and hotel accounts by phone: handling orders and day-to-day follow-up, winning new customers, bringing inactive ones back, and collecting the customer and market feedback that helps us improve.

Key Responsibilities Account management: handle your assigned accounts fully over the phone. Take orders, follow up on delivery, confirm payment details, and be the customer's main point of contact.

New customer acquisition: call prospective restaurants, cafés, and hotels, introduce Fullstock's range, and convert them into active customers.

Customer reactivation: call inactive and declining customers, find out why they stopped buying, and win them back.

Cross-selling: introduce new items to customers to grow the number of items each account buys.

Customer feedback: collect feedback on service, prices, availability, and delivery. Log complaints and follow up until they are resolved.

Market surveys: run phone surveys on new product interest, competitor prices, and market trends as requested by management.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in any field.

2 to 4 years in telesales or inside sales, preferably in FMCG, foodservice, or HoReCa distribution.

Proven experience in cold calling and managing customer accounts by phone.

Fluent Arabic and good English (product names are often in English).

Working knowledge of ERP (Odoo preferred) and Excel.
