Requirements

• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher
• Previous experience in BPO and collections campaigns (desirable)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Your Role

• Locating and contacting debtors to discuss overdue amounts and payment status
• Negotiating payment plans, deadlines, or settlements to a percentage of the debt
