• Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer details, transactions, and feedback in our systems.
• Conduct analysis of customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
• Assist customers with upselling opportunities by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products or services.
• Support multilingual customers by communicating fluently in English and Spanish, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or a related role with strong communication skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated data entry accuracy and efficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and identify actionable insights.
• Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
