We are gearing up for our major launch and need a high-agency, independent "get-things-done" operator to own our user acquisition, build our ambassador network from scratch, and drive growth on the ground.The Role: Own It From Day OneWe are not looking for someone who just wants to sit back and schedule posts. We are looking for a Growth Owner—someone who can step into an unstructured environment, take total charge of our Go-To-Market execution, and run the show.You will work directly with the founders to build, execute, and scale our Ambassador Recruitment Engine (targeting 60+ key partners across Lagos: NYSC networks, student groups, and house-hunting communities) and drive active user sign-ups onto fairnesthousing.com.If you love taking initiative, talking to people, closing partnerships, and seeing direct results from your hustle, this is your arena. What We're Looking For Requirements

Results-Driven Execution: You focus strictly on numbers and outcomes—turning effort into verified ambassador sign-ups and real user registrations, not just empty activity. Innovative Lead Generation: You come up with fresh, creative, low-cost ways to find and acquire leads online and offline instead of relying on basic traditional channels Organized & Data-Driven: Proficient with Google Sheets/Excel to track pipelines, names, numbers, and conversion milestones cleanly. People & Negotiation Skills: Comfortable talking to student leaders, NYSC corps members, and real estate agents, pitching them on why FairNest benefits them.

Nice-to-Haves

Prior Campus or Community Hustle: Experience running a campus brand ambassador program, managing a student community, or leading a youth network in Nigeria. Basic Content Creation: Hands-on experience capturing quick videos with a smartphone, tweaking Canva designs, or drafting catchy social media posts. Tech-Comfortable: Familiarity using productivity tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or WhatsApp Business for operations.
