Activation Manager

What You’ll Be Responsible For :

1. Lead and oversee the Activation / Project Execution Team.
2. Translate approved concepts into clear and effective execution plans.
3. Manage project timeline, manpower, resources, vendors, and operational requirements.
4. Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
5. Coordinate closely with Creative AE, Planner, Creative Design, Finance, Production, vendors, and clients.
6. Manage the preparation and execution of events, brand activations, and on-ground activities.
7. Monitor project progress and identify potential operational risks or issues.
8. Develop contingency plans and provide quick solutions for on-ground challenges.
9. Supervise vendor and production partner performance and deliverables.
10. Conduct site checks, technical coordination, and execution readiness checks when required.
11. Ensure all operational documents, permits, production requirements, and project needs are properly managed.
12. Lead the team during project implementation and on-ground execution.
13. Conduct project evaluation, including execution performance, issues, and improvement points.

We’re Looking For Someone Who :

1. Min. 5 years of experience in Event Management, Brand Activation, Experiential Marketing, or related industries.
2. Min. 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
3. Proven experience managing events, activations, and multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Strong understanding of event planning and on-ground execution.
5. Strong project management and operational management skills.
6. Experienced in managing manpower, vendors, production, timeline, and project resources.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
8. Able to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong communication and coordination skills.
10. Good understanding of project budgeting and cost control.
11. Strong leadership and team management skills.
12. Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented.
13. High level of ownership, accountability, and execution mindset.
14. Willing to work flexible hours and on-site during project execution when required.
