Engineering Advanced Solutions is a specialized company operating in the field of sandblasting and coating, and metal corrosion treatment using ceramic-based materials. We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing team.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong technical background in industrial services/surface treatment and proven sales skills to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in sandblasting, protective coating, and metal corrosion/anti-corrosion treatment services
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for industrial clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients (industrial facilities, factories, contractors)
Understand client technical requirements (surface preparation, coating specs, ceramic corrosion treatment) and recommend suitable solutions
Coordinate with technical/engineering teams to ensure proposals meet client needs
Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and contracts
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings What We Offer Competitive salary + commission

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Chemical, or related field)
2+ years of experience in technical/industrial sales, preferably in surface treatment, coating, or corrosion protection
Knowledge of sandblasting, protective coatings, and ceramic corrosion treatment is a plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Valid driver's license
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to travel to industrial sites as needed
