Electrical Support & Operations: Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing daily electrical maintenance, installation, and project execution.

Conduct routine inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, power distribution, and machinery.

Interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematic diagrams, and technical specifications.

Coordinate with project engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth site operations.

Ensure all electrical works comply with safety regulations and Singapore standard codes of practice.

Administrative & Project Coordination: Prepare, process, and maintain technical documentation, service reports, site inspection logs, and operation manuals.

Handle procurement and inventory tracking of electrical materials, tools, and equipment.

Prepare purchase orders (POs), quotations, delivery orders (DOs), and invoices related to electrical projects.

Manage site personnel records, claim submissions, permit-to-work (PTW) applications, and safety filings.

Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies for project requirements and certifications.

Perform general office administrative duties and support management as assigned.

Job Requirements Diploma or Higher Nitec / Nitec in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.

Proven experience in electrical maintenance, engineering support, or dual electrical-administrative roles.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with AutoCAD or ERP software is an advantage.

Good organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
