Technical Support Engineer (pumps)

Your tasks

• Review tenders and technical specifications to select the appropriate pumps and accessories.
• Prepare technical datasheets, performance curves, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare detailed quotations covering pricing, delivery schedules, and technical clarifications.
• Coordinate with application, sales, and operations teams to align technical and commercial offers.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for field and site technical inquiries.
• Attend technical meetings with consultants and project owners to discuss project requirements and inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical support, application engineering, or sales support within the pump industry.
• Strong knowledge of centrifugal and submersible pumps, as well as booster systems.
• Familiarity with hydraulic calculations, performance curves, and Net Positive Suction Head (NPSH).
• Experience preparing technical offers, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and cost estimates.
• Familiarity with the mechanical and electrical components of pumping systems.
