1. Collect, analyze, and monitor production data such as Cycle Time, Takt Time, Productivity, production costs, and process losses.

รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และติดตามข้อมูลด้านการผลิต เช่น Cycle Time, Takt Time, Productivity, ต้นทุนการผลิต และความสูญเสียในกระบวนการผลิต

1. Plan and drive Lean Manufacturing projects to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturing processes.

วางแผนและผลักดันโครงการ Lean Manufacturing เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต ลดความสูญเสีย และปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน

1. Analyze and improve production lines, including Line Balance, Process Flow, and Production Capacity, to achieve production targets.

วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงสายการผลิต เช่น Line Balance, Process Flow และ Production Capacity ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการผลิต

1. Apply Lean tools such as 8 Wastes, ECRS, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement to improve production operations.

ประยุกต์ใช้เครื่องมือด้าน Lean เช่น 8 Wastes, ECRS, Kaizen และ Continuous Improvement เพื่อปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานในพื้นที่การผลิต

1. Support and promote TPM, OEE, and Autonomous Maintenance activities to improve equipment and production efficiency.

สนับสนุนและผลักดันกิจกรรม TPM, OEE และ Autonomous Maintenance เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ และกระบวนการผลิต

1. Identify production issues and improvement opportunities, analyze root causes, and coordinate with relevant departments to implement improvements.

1. Promote continuous improvement activities and encourage employee participation in Lean and improvement projects.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมการผลิต วิศวกรรมวัสดุ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง At least 2 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering, Production Improvement, or a related field. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ด้าน Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering, Production Improvement หรืองานที่เกี่ยวข้อง Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques, including TPM, OEE, ECRS, 8 Wastes, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือและเทคนิคด้าน Lean Manufacturing เช่น TPM, OEE, ECRS, 8 Wastes, Kaizen และ Continuous Improvement Experience in improving production efficiency, productivity, quality, logistics, safety, or cost reduction will be an advantage. หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต Productivity คุณภาพ โลจิสติกส์ ความปลอดภัย หรือการลดต้นทุน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and project management skills. มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ การแก้ไขปัญหา การสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการบริหารโครงการที่ดี Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel และ PowerPoint ไ Responsible, proactive, and able to drive continuous improvement activities effectively. มีความรับผิดชอบ มีความกระตือรือร้น และสามารถผลักดันกิจกรรมการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ Able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a manufacturing environment. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและปรับตัวเข้ากับสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานในโรงงานได้ดี
