Responsibilities: Design and execute robust internal audit plans, focusing on financial, operational, and compliance risks within a pharmaceutical /Pharma retail environment.

Drive and implement cutting-edge process automation initiatives to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.

Oversee and validate critical Process Validation activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.

Identify and assess potential risks, developing proactive strategies for mitigation and control.

Lead and mentor audit teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Collaborate strategically with various departments, including Quality, Operations, and Management, to foster strong internal control environments.

Prepare and present detailed audit reports to senior management, offering actionable insights and recommendations.

Ensure strict compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

Skills & Technologies: This role demands proficiency in Auditing methodologies, deep expertise in Process Automation , and a thorough understanding of Process Validation . Candidates should possess strong capabilities in Risk Management , Internal Controls , Compliance Auditing , and knowledge of Best Practices and relevant Pharmaceutical Regulations . Experience with Quality Assurance principles, Data Analysis tools, and Project Management techniques will be key to your success.

Experience & Expertise: Possess an impressive 10-16 years of progressive experience in internal auditing, quality assurance, or operations management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or a closely related highly regulated industry.

Core Competencies: Demonstrated mastery in Auditing principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Proven track record in driving and implementing Process Automation solutions.

Extensive experience with Process Validation in a regulated environment.

Strong capabilities in Risk Management and establishing robust Internal Controls .

In-depth knowledge of Compliance Auditing , including relevant Best Practices (GMP) and Pharmaceutical Regulations .

Exceptional leadership abilities with a history of managing and developing high-performing teams.

Superb analytical skills for effective Data Analysis and strategic problem-solving.
