Warehouse Unloader Opportunity

Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Unloaders in Lakewood, WA. This is an active, fast-paced warehouse position ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and are motivated by performance-based earnings. What You'll Do

Unload freight from trailers by hand and with warehouse equipment

Sort, stage, and palletize products for distribution

Move freight safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse

Assist with product audits and inventory accuracy

Repack and organize shipments as needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Follow all warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards

Complete additional warehouse duties assigned by site leadership

Compensation

Production-based pay structure

Earn $650 - $1,000+ per week

Associates are paid by the truck

High performers have the opportunity to increase earnings through productivity and efficiency

What We're Looking For

Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 25-75 lbs. throughout the shift

Comfortable standing, bending, walking, and lifting for extended periods

Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to safety

Previous warehouse, unloading, logistics, or equipment experience preferred but not required

Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
