Project Manager

Your tasks

We are seeking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead our entire Projects Department and oversee the successful execution of multiple projects experience in the Light Current industry, capable of managing project teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.

• Lead, manage, and supervise the entire Projects Team, including engineers, site teams, and technical staff.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple Light Current projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical and operational challenges, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Evaluate team performance, assign responsibilities, and support team development.
• Provide regular project status reports and updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Communications, or a relevant Engineering discipline.
• Extensive experience in Light Current Systems, including Fire Alarm, Firefighting, CCTV, Access Control, and Security Systems.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects and leading large project teams.
• Strong background in project planning, budgeting, cost control, and resource management.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage project operations and coordinate effectively across departments.
• Experience in dealing with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
