ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Site Operations & Maintenance

• Oversee daily operations across multiple warehouse and factory sites to ensure all facilities are operated in accordance with company standards and client expectations.
• Manage and supervise outsourced vendors providing technicians, cleaning, and security services; ensure performance meets contractual KPIs and operational standards.
• Create detailed operating procedures, including maintenance schedules, emergency response plans, cleaning...

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Good English communication skills both oral and written.
• MS office, AutoCAD
• At least 7-year of experience in technical fields of equipment operation/maintenance and exposure to projects.
• Use to work in Facility management team or involve in it.
