Senior Team Lead, Inventory & Operations

📍 Location: ALPS Avenue 💰 Salary: Up to $5,720 🕒 Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8:30am – 6:15pm) Job Scope Lead shift operations while overseeing inventory control, cycle counts and stock reconciliation. Act as the WMS Super User, supporting system transactions, inventory accuracy and operational reporting. Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve stock integrity. Maintain SOPs, support UAT, process changes and warehouse improvement initiatives. Supervise team performance and prepare inventory and operational reports using WMS and Excel. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or Industrial Engineering. 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations or contract logistics. Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation and WMS/ERP systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query/Macros preferred).
