What You’ll Do

Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Oversee RBTs/paraprofessionals, providing coaching and support Monitor progress through data collection and analysis Lead parent training and collaboration Design curriculum and behavior plans based on assessments

What You’ll Need

Required: Active BCBA certification Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and within a team Passion for helping the autism community thrive
