Travel Consultant – Domestic Hotels & Leisure

- Handle hotel booking requests within Egypt for corporate and retail clients.
- Offer suitable hotel options based on client requirements, budget, and travel dates.
- Arrange domestic tours, excursions, and leisure packages.
- Build travel packages including hotel accommodation, transport, sightseeing, and other requested services.
- Coordinate with hotels and suppliers to secure availability, rates, and confirmations.
- Process bookings, amendments, cancellations, and reconfirmations accurately and on time.
- Issue confirmations, vouchers, and booking details to clients.
- Follow up with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle urgent requests, changes, and complaints professionally, and escalate when needed.
- Maintain accurate booking records and ensure all reservation details are correct.
- Experience in hotel reservations, leisure, or travel operations.
- Good knowledge of hotels, destinations, and leisure services within Egypt.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Good command of English and Arabic.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests.
- Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.
