Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and supervising our production equipment within the manufacturing area. Using your technical and hands-on skills, you will also carry out minor repairs and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure smooth production processes.

Execute production orders across various manufacturing areas

Perform setup, changeover, and finishing activities, as well as minor repair work

Diagnose faults and contribute to process optimization in production

Assist with spare parts management and inventory

Monitor and ensure compliance with quality assurance measures, including documentation

Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety within the department

Your Profile

Experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in the plastics industry is an advantage

Accurate, independent, and well-structured way of working

Ability to work under pressure, even during periods of high workload

Strong team spirit and a friendly, professional attitude

Good German language skills, both written and spoken

Willingness to work in a shift system
