Brand Sales Manager

Location: WFO in Bandung

Authentism, a growing Muslim fashion brand, is looking for a Sales Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. Based in Bandung, this role requires a strategic, target-driven, and passionate leader with a strong background in sales and fashion retail.

Qualifications & Requirements: •⁠ ⁠Female, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude •⁠ ⁠Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce). •⁠ ⁠Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. •⁠ ⁠Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. •⁠ ⁠Sales & Business Development: Strong ability to develop sales strategies, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth. •⁠ ⁠Sales & Target-Oriented Mindset: Track record of achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs. •⁠ ⁠Strong Negotiation & Networking: Ability to close deals, handle objections, and secure profitable agreements with partners, retailers, and distributors. •⁠ ⁠Market & Trend Awareness: Deep understanding of Muslim fashion trends, consumer behavior, and competitor landscape. •⁠ ⁠Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, e-commerce platforms, and digital sales strategies. •⁠ ⁠Location: Must be willing to be based in Bandung.

Key Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and brand presence. •⁠ ⁠Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop promotions and campaigns. •⁠ ⁠Set clear sales goals for the team and track progress through performance metrics. •⁠ ⁠Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, identifying gaps and taking immediate action. •⁠ ⁠Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. •⁠ ⁠Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
