BE READY TO:

  • Make credit decisions on leasing transactions within delegated authority limits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assess, monitor, and analyze credit risk across financing proposals and the leasing portfolio, providing insights to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and enhance credit risk frameworks, including scoring and underwriting models, risk policies, procedures, and analytical methodologies.
  • Support and drive credit risk-related projects, process improvements, and initiatives within the leasing business.
  • Provide expertise, guidance, and training to leasing employees on credit risk assessment and management practices.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lending or managing financial projects, developing business plans, business consulting or auditing, and financial consulting.
  • Higher education in economics, finance, business management.
  • High sense of responsibility and accuracy, analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in evaluating creditworthiness while working in the financing sector would be an advantage.
  • Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills (both written and verbal).
  • Openness for new opportunities with highly supportive team.
