-NEW- 12 Months Innovation Program Manager (Banking & Finance)

Job Responsibilities: ·       Coordinate and support innovation squads exploring future-focused opportunities across areas such as Agentic Commerce, Stablecoins, AI-enabled experiences and emerging payment technologies. ·       Manage the end-to-end innovation project lifecycle, including project intake, squad formation, sprint planning, progress tracking, demonstrations, reporting and follow-up. ·       Maintain and monitor the innovation project pipeline, supporting prioritization, planning and execution of key initiatives. ·       Oversee day-to-day Innovation Lab operations, including equipment management, onboarding, resource coordination and operational readiness. ·       Coordinate ecosystem showcases, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities, managing logistics, communications, action tracking and post-event follow-ups. ·       Develop and manage university engagement programmes and student work-study initiatives to support Innovation Lab projects and talent development. ·       Organize campus talks, workshops, innovation challenges and other talent engagement activities to build awareness and strengthen the innovation ecosystem. ·       Manage programme governance and reporting, including dashboards, project trackers, status reports, governance materials and management updates. ·       Support budget planning, procurement activities and operational financial management across Innovation Lab programmes and initiatives. ·       Prepare executive-level presentations, progress updates and communications for senior leadership and key stakeholders. ·       Support the adoption of AI-first ways of working, leveraging AI tools to enhance project planning, content development, reporting, communications and overall programme delivery. ·       Identify opportunities to improve programme processes, operational efficiency and collaboration across innovation initiatives. ·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned Job Requirements ·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline ·       Minimum 10 years of relevant experience ·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
