Cost Control - Planning Engineer

ACE is seeking a qualified Cost Control & Planning Engineer to join our project team and support effective project planning, cost monitoring, and performance reporting. Job Responsibilities: Develop and update project schedules using Primavera P6.

Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays or deviations.

Prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.

Monitor project budgets, actual costs, commitments, and cost forecasts.

Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment between project schedules, resources, and budgets.

Support the preparation of cash flow forecasts and project cost reports.

Maintain accurate planning and cost control documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

Relevant experience in planning and/or cost control within construction or engineering projects.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.

Good understanding of project scheduling, cost analysis, and progress measurement.

Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.
