A13 KAKI PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily coffeeshop operations and coordinate food and beverage activities, ensuring high service standards and regulatory compliance.
Your tasks
The Operations Manager will oversee daily coffeeshop functions, supervise staff, manage budgets, ensure hygiene and food safety compliance, and drive operational improvements to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily coffeeshop operations to maintain high service standards and efficient workflow
- Supervise employees by coordinating shift schedules and monitoring performance to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee stall operations, enforcing hygiene and food safety compliance in line with Singapore regulations
- Monitor operating expenses, sales, and profitability to optimize financial performance
- Coordinate with stall tenants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
- Address customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly to enhance customer experience
- Implement standard operating procedures and conduct staff training to maintain consistent service quality
- Prepare operational reports analyzing performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements
- Ensure full compliance with relevant Singapore food safety and workplace regulations
Requirements
