Finance Intern
Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping, invoice management, and expense reimbursement review, including fapiao verification and VAT invoice validation .
Support monthly and quarterly financial closing procedures .
Help prepare documentation for tax filings (including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Individual Income Tax withholding) .
Assist with intercompany reconciliation and cross-border transaction documentation .
Organize and archive accounting vouchers, contracts, and supporting documents in compliance with PRC accounting standards (CAS) .
Qualifications and Skills Undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field .
Good command of both English and Chinese (both in writing and speaking) .
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) .
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential financial information appropriately .
Available for a 6-month internship, with a minimum of 4 days per week preferred .
Nice to Have Basic understanding of Chinese Accounting Standards (CAS) and the PRC tax regime .
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) .
Interest in cross-border and multinational finance and tax matters .
