1. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications based on business and technical requirements.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and system design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain, extend, and improve existing test suites to ensure software quality, stability, and reliability.
• Refactor and optimize existing code by applying appropriate design patterns, programming best practices, and software engineering principles.
• Develop unit tests and implement automated self-testing mechanisms to ensure code correctness and application reliability.
• Analyze application logs, troubleshoot technical issues, and identify opportunities to improve software performance.
• Write and maintain technical documentation, development notes, and implementation reports.
• Continuously explore, learn, and adopt emerging technologies, programming languages, tools, and development methodologies.
• Conduct research and development (R&D) activities to explore new technologies and develop innovative products in the cybersecurity field.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver reliable, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.
• Work from our on-site office in East Jakarta

1. Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Up to 7 years of professional software development experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates from other academic backgrounds with relevant technical skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong logical reasoning, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to different programming languages and technology stacks.
• Familiarity with Git or other source code management and version control systems.
• Understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to analyze application logs, troubleshoot problems, and investigate software performance issues.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and committed to delivering work within agreed deadlines.
• Good time management and prioritization skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and product ownership.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, including under challenging circumstances.

Technical Skills & Additional Advantages The following skills and experience are considered advantages but are not mandatory:

• Familiarity with Linux environments, command-line interfaces, and shell scripting.
• Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
• Experience working with multiple programming languages, frameworks, and technology stacks.
• Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure software development practices.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, network security, cryptography, or information security.
• Experience developing or contributing to real-world open-source software projects.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and software deployment processes.
