Your tasks

What are you going to do? When a customer contacts us or submits a request, you'll ensure that it's handled professionally and promptly. Your work is pleasantly varied:

• Consulting & Quotations: Providing expert advice and preparing quotations for promotional products.
• Order Processing: Processing orders, issuing order confirmations, and verifying customer information.
• Logistics Monitoring: Monitoring delivery times, tracking progress, and communicating clearly with the customer about these matters.
• Customer & Relationship Management: Answering questions about products, prices, and delivery terms, and actively maintaining contact with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Service & Quality: Resolving any complaints, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing ideas on new sales opportunities and upselling.

What is your typical workday like? You'll spend most of your time working at your computer and will have a lot of contact with customers over the phone. For example, a customer might call with a question about a product. You'll advise them, prepare a quote, process the order, and ensure that production starts on time. You'll stay on top of things and proactively keep the customer informed.
