1st level online support
Technical support for software maintenance customers
Software installation and customer training on site
Sales support through demos and presentations, and customer support through implementation
Willingness to travel approx. 50% (trips within North America)
Preparation / tracing of errors (bugs) for software programming
Testing of software releases (user tests)
Assistance in the creation of training manuals for software modules and software interfaces
Ihr Profil
Experience as a software technician and in 1st level support (ideally in a technical software application environment)
Experience in dealing with databases (MS SQL Server)
Communication and guidance (teaching) skills in dealing with customers
Exceptionally good written and spoken English
Understanding of technical relationships (ideally in CNC production, tools, CAD / CAM, etc.)
