Support the Branch Manager in all daily operational activities.

Open and close the branch according to company procedures and report any operational issues.

Ensure all branch equipment, cameras, display screens, internet connection, and operating systems are functioning properly and coordinate maintenance when required.

Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, uniform compliance, and professional appearance.

Ensure branch cleanliness, hygiene standards, ambiance, and adherence to company policies.

Handle customer complaints related to appointments, follow-ups, and service delivery, escalating major issues to the Branch Manager.

Conduct weekly inventory checks for medical supplies, consumables, brochures, and marketing materials, and initiate replenishment requests before stock shortages occur.

Perform daily walkthroughs to monitor treatment sessions and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Supervise reception activities and verify the accuracy of daily operations.

Train newly hired employees on company policies, operational procedures, customer service standards, equipment usage, and product knowledge.

Review daily patient registrations, sales transactions, and system entries to ensure accuracy and submit reports to the Branch Manager.

Conduct regular quality inspections using approved quality assurance checklists.

Assume full responsibility for branch operations during the Branch Manager's absence.

Participate in branch promotional campaigns and support product sales initiatives.

Perform any additional duties assigned within the scope of the position.
