Prepare quantity take-offs for architectural items

Assist in BOQs and cost estimation

Review drawings and material requirements

Support in variations and interim payments

Coordinate with site and design teams

Bachelor’s in architecture engineering

Good understanding of finishes and drawings

Excel & AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)
