Warehouse officer
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods in line with SEZ and company procedures Maintain accurate inventory records (raw materials, finished goods, and consumables) Issue materials to technical, sales and other departments against approved documentation Ensure proper storage, labeling, and segregation of bonded and non-bonded goods Prepare and maintain SEZ documentation (GRNs, delivery notes, stock cards, bin cards, gate passes) Support customs inspections, audits, and stock takes Monitor stock levels and initiate re-order requests to avoid shortages or overstocking Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with SEZ, KRA, and internal policies Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues promptly. Ensure compliance with load, transport, and safety regulations. Support customs clearance processes for imported materials when required.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Stores Management, or a related field Minimum of [2–3] years’ experience in a warehouse or stores role (SEZ, EPZ or bonded warehouse experience is an added advantage) Knowledge of SEZ regulations, customs controls, and inventory management practices Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems Strong attention to detail, organization, and record-keeping skills High level of integrity and accountability
