Vinyl Cofee is looking for an experienced and passionate Kitchen and Bar team, support daily operations, and create an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and confident in both leadership and café operations.

Job Responsibilities:  Supervise and support daily café operations  Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards  Ensure smooth workflow during busy hours  Assist in food preparation and cooking when required  Interact confidently with guests, providing friendly and professional service  Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly  Perform upselling and guide staA to increase sales eAectively  Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met  Assist management with scheduling, inventory, and basic reporting Job Requirements:  English is a must and preferable Mandarin speaking  Able to cook is a must  Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisor or senior role in a café or restaurant  Strong leadership and communication skills  Ability to cook and assist in kitchen operations  Excellent customer service and guest engagement skills  Proven upselling and sales skills  Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment  Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays  Positive attitude, responsible, and team-oriented What We Offer:  Competitive salary (based on experience)  Supportive and creative work environment  Opportunity for growth within the company
