We are seeking a dedicated Workflow & Automation Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions to optimize business processes across various departments.

Experience range: 4 to 8 years

Key skills:

Workflow development (BBM or equivalent BPM platforms)

RPA hands-on experience

BPMN modeling and process automation

API integrations and backend connectivity

Ability to translate business processes into workflow logic

Additional notes:

Strong analytical skills and understanding of automation best practices

Experience in SDLC and collaboration with business stakeholders is advantageous

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy workflow automation solutions using relevant tools and platforms.

Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather and document automation requirements.

Develop, test, and maintain scripts, workflows, or applications to automate repetitive tasks.

Integrate automation solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflow performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to workflow designs and automation processes.

Stay updated with emerging automation technologies and best practices to continually enhance process automation capabilities.
