MEP Technical Office Team Leader

• Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the Technical Office team.

Review and approve designs, BOQs, and as-built drawings.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and clients.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely document submission.

Prepare technical reports and project documentation.

Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical power).

7–10 years of experience in Technical Office, with at least 3 year in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of MEP projects, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
