We are currently looking for a bright and motivated Customer Service Manager to help us grow in the Lithuania market.

In this position, you’ll: Advise and assist our clients in choosing the right furniture and resolving day-to-day issues; Understand customers’ needs and provide guidance in our e-shop; Place orders with manufacturers; Maintain effective communication between logistics/planning, customer service/sales, and production/manufacturing teams.

Requirements

We expect that you have: Excellent verbal, written & listening skills in Lithuanian; Strong customer communication skills; Decent English for daily communication with the team and colleagues; A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience; The ability to multi-task and take responsibility & ownership in challenging situations; Strong attention to detail; Ability to work effectively in a team: a friendly, empathic and solution-oriented person; Experience - you don’t need any experience. We will teach you!
