Job Description

Logistics Associate / Order Picker / Packer. You will work in a modern production environment where food products are packaged and prepared for distribution.

Scope of Work:

• Packaging and filling of food products (including candy, soups, beverages, and other food items)
• Operating packaging machines
• Checking the quality of products
• Performing simple logistics tasks such as scanning, moving, and stacking goods
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Polish is sufficient (English is a plus, but not required)
• Motivation and willingness to work
• Accuracy and Commitment
• Willingness to commit to a long-term collaboration (at least 6 months)
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus
• Your own safety shoes

Working hours:

• Monday-Friday (sometimes Saturday as well)
• Two-shift schedule: 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.-1:15 a.m.
• At first, only day shifts
• An average of 36-40 hours per week
• 1 hour of break time per day (divided into 3 breaks)

Work Environment and Transportation:

• Clean production environment in accordance with food safety standards
• Wearing a hairnet is required
• Temperature in production: above 16°C (depending on the department)
• Parking available

Salary:

€15.08 gross per hour, paid weekly. Overtime beyond 40 hours: 125%. Work on Saturdays: 150%.
