A well-established international company is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager or Assistant Manager to lead its financial operations and support strategic business decisions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional looking to take ownership of financial management, compliance, reporting, and team leadership within a dynamic multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Manage cash flow and support financial planning activities.
• Develop, monitor, and control budgets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounting & Finance team.
• Oversee accurate recording of all accounting transactions.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks while maintaining strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
• More than 10 years of accounting experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Manager or Assistant Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and tax compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).
• Experience in financial risk management.
• Business-level English is required.
• Must have a vehicle for commuting to the office.
