About The Role

TNM is a Germany-based digital marketing agency focused on helping businesses grow through strategic social media marketing and lead generation.

As part of our growing team in Bali, you'll work on international marketing projects targeting audiences across the United States and Germany. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global digital marketing, collaborate with an ambitious team, and continuously develop your skills in social media strategy, lead generation, and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Execute social media strategies focused on lead generation.
• Research audiences and identify new growth opportunities.
• Optimize outreach and conversion performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with the marketing team to improve systems and workflows.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing.
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other social media platforms.
• Analytical mindset and able to optimize marketing performance.
• Self-driven and eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work full-time in Bali.
• English is a plus.
• Experience with CRM, automation, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, or AI tools is a bonus.
