Your tasks

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Manager to lead and oversee health, safety, and environmental standards across our building construction projects in the UAE. Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies and procedures tailored to construction projects. - Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections to identify hazards and enforce safety measures. - Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence. - Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards. - Organize and deliver HSE training programs for all staff and subcontractors. - Collaborate with project managers to integrate HSE practices into project planning and execution. - Maintain accurate records of HSE performance and prepare management reports. - Promote a proactive safety culture through awareness campaigns and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Safety Management, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience as an HSE Manager within the building construction industry, ideally in the UAE. - In-depth knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations and international standards such as ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001. - Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders. - Ability to conduct detailed risk assessments and incident investigations. - Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to promoting a safe and sustainable work environment.
