Portal Billing Specialist

Essential Functions Enter invoices into customer payment portals on a daily basis.

Send rejections to the proper analyst or customer service rep

Follow up on rejections to be sure the invoice is entered

Handle the invoicing mailbox from emailed invoice kick backs

Distribute to the correct analyst to handle

Run all credit card payments

Any other duties assigned

Required Education and Experience High school/ GED diploma

Computer skills (excel, outlook, Microsoft office)

Previous experience with credit / billing and/or portal billing entry is preferred
