What will you do?

As a Production Employee, you support the production process of metal products. Your daily tasks include preparing products for processing, hanging and removing parts from the production line, carrying out visual quality checks and packing finished products. You will also move racks or carts, follow work instructions on the computer and help keep the workplace clean and organized. The work is repetitive, physically active and mainly performed while standing.

Our client is a manufacturing company based in Best, specializing in the surface treatment of metal products. The company supplies coated metal components for various industries and offers a clean, well-organized production environment. Employees who perform well have the opportunity to receive a direct contract with the client.

• Gross hourly wage of €14.99 - Full-time job (approximately 38 hours per week) - Long-term employment - Possibility of a direct contract with the client - Internal training provided - Work under the Klein Metaal collective labour agreement (CAO) - Day shifts between 06:00 and 18:00

Requirements What we expect from you

• Motivated and reliable - Available for long-term employment - Willing to perform physical and repetitive work - Good motor skills and attention to detail - Able to work standing for most of the day - Able to move racks or carts when needed - English or Polish language skills - Experience in production or metal industry is an advantage, but not required
• Location: Best - Working hours: approximately 38 hours per week - Shift times:
• 06:00-14:45 or 09:15-18:00 (alternating weekly) - 07:30-16:15 for some departments - Safety shoes are required - Work takes place in an indoor production hall
