Our job is to make sure that it never changes.  The Field Specialist ensures post-installation support by managing service calls, performing repairs, and handling material logistics. This role is key to maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring quality workmanship, and upholding company promises through reliable service, professional communication, and timely execution.

Role Description and Expectations  

Service Coordination

Review and prioritize service calls using appropriate CRM/Project Management

Communicate appointment details and schedule changes with homeowners as needed

Assess on-site issues and determine the best course of action for resolution

Material Management

Pick up and deliver materials required for service jobs efficiently

Remove excess materials and debris form service sites

Service s Repair

Perform small to midsize repairs involving roofing, siding, windows, gutters, doors and decking

Follow proper installation and repair procedures to ensure lasting quality

Customer Communication

Clearly explain scope of work, timelines, and any costs to homeowners as needed

Provide excellent service and encourage positive reviews upon completion

Compliance & Safety

Follow all safety protocols during job site visits and while transporting

Recordkeeping

Document service details, photos, and notes in appropriate database. Adapt to evolving responsibilities in alignment with business needs.

Qualifications 

Previous experience in construction, remodeling, or related field

Familiarity with one or more of the following roofing, siding, windows, gutters, decking and doors

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and delivery vehicles safely and efficiently

Clear, professional communication with both customers and team members
