Technician

Engage in the installation, repair and maintenance of varioustechnology-base equipment. Conduct regular checks and troubleshooting to ensure the technicalequipment operates at its optimal performance. Provide on-site assistance with hardware and software use andaddress and resolve technical issues faced by clients or customers. Carry out diagnostic tests and analyses to identify the rootsof technical issues. Liaise with team members and communicate with stakeholders inlayman's terms to assess needs and system requirements. Record and document instances of hardware failure, repair, installationand removal. Stay up to date with technical developments and advancementsin allied fields.
