Field Director

SOKNA is dedicated to transforming all aspects of the funeral service process in Egypt. Our company’s objective is to assist families when they experience a loss by providing a seamless and curated service that relieves them of the stress and fear of navigating funeral logistics. The ideal candidate is a people-person who strives to consistently produce quality work. S/he must have solid teamwork and coordination skills. Responsibilities: Be our frontline representative, based in one of our partner hospitals to directly interface with families facing loss in a timely manner

Plan, lead and execute funeral services on the ground on a daily basis with the support of a small team

Communicate with the Account Executive to receive new service requests, collect instructions and report timely updates at various steps of the funeral

Address customer needs with great attention to details and laser-focus on quality

Build relationships with the staff at the hospital among other parties and eloquently communicate our company’s mission and core values

Prepare all the tools and documents needed to meet the service requirements

Fill forms, complete paperwork and write concise note

Handle payments and service accounting with relevant stakeholders
