Warehouse Supervisor -Raw Materials (For A Manufacturing Company)

Salary:  Kshs. 45,000 - 70,000 Plus Company Benefits

Requirements: 

Diploma Or Bachelors Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehousing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. 

Good Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems And Warehouse Best Practices. 

Strong Leadership, Communication, Problem-Solving, And Organizational Skills. 

Ability To Work Under Pressure In A Fast-Paced Production Environment.

Experience: 

Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Warehouse Supervisory Role Or A Similar Position. 

Experience In A Food Processing Or Manufacturing Environment Will Be An Added Advantage.

Duties: 

Supervise The Daily Operations Of The Raw Materials Warehouse.

Ensure Timely Receipt, Inspection, Storage, And Issuance Of Raw Materials.

Maintain Accurate Inventory Records And Conduct Regular Stock Counts And Reconciliations.

Monitor Stock Levels And Coordinate With Procurement And Production Teams To Ensure Material Availability.

Enforce Fifo/Fefo Inventory Management Practices Where Applicable.

Ensure Compliance With Food Safety, Hygiene, Health And Safety, And Warehouse Operating Procedures.

Lead, Train, And Supervise Warehouse Staff To Achieve Operational Efficiency.

Prepare Warehouse Reports, Investigate Inventory Discrepancies, And Implement Corrective Actions.

Ensure Proper Housekeeping And Secure Storage Of Raw Materials.
