• Assists in vessels's arrival and departure formalities.
• Handle cargo documentation, invoices and shipments.
• Familiarized with MPA’s latest governing rules & regulations for anchorages, vessel movements, restrictions etc. within Singapore waters
• Arrangement of harbor tugs, booking of PSA pilotage via system, arrangement of crew for port & immigration clearance, declaration of vessel’s arrival via MPA’s Marinet and etc.
• Oversee MPA applications on Marinet Portal

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least “O” Level, Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in the Marine Agency
• Meticulous and comfortable working in fast paced environment
• Must be willing to take calls after office hours
• Good command in written and spoken English
• Ability to effectively communicate with all level of the organization
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office with experience in any in-house ERP system
