Planning Manager

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor demand plans in close coordination with commercial teams.
• Prepare and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with capacity and priorities.
• Plan raw material requirements and monitor availability to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Track and analyze KPIs related to plan adherence, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams to resolve operational constraints.
• Lead, coach, and develop the planning team while continuously elevating processes and systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of solid experience in production planning and supply chain management.
• High proficiency in ERP systems, planning tools, and advanced analytical tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment undergoing organizational transformation.
