Job Description We are looking for an HVAC Installer who takes pride in clean, quality installations and wants to be part of a team that gets the job done right.
Job Duties Install residential HVAC equipment including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central AC systems, air handlers, and condensers Complete system change-outs, replacements, and new installations Run line sets, condensate lines, venting, drains, and low-voltage wiring Perform brazing, pressure testing, evacuation, charging, and system start-up Install and modify ductwork as needed Read installation instructions, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications Test completed systems to ensure proper operation and performance Communicate with homeowners and keep the work area clean and professional Maintain tools, materials, and company vehicle Follow all safety procedures, codes, and manufacturer requirements
Skills & Experience 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred Hands-on experience installing HVAC equipment and complete systems EPA 608 certification preferred or required depending on role Strong mechanical ability and attention to detail Service Titan knowledge Experience brazing, pressure testing, vacuuming, and charging systems Basic electrical and low-voltage knowledge Ability to work independently and as part of an install team Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and outdoor environments Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
