Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Apply advanced statistical methods and AI applications to support technology stabilization, yield improvement, and cost optimization across the global process chain
  • Act as the Front-End representative for the development of WBG power technologies, collaborating closely with development and transfer teams
  • Drive and manage actions resulting from technology ramp-up activities following the official production release
  • Take full ownership of yield planning and ensure continuous yield monitoring to meet performance targets
  • Lead and participate in root cause analysis teams to define sustainable corrective and preventive actions for process deviations
  • Sustain and optimize high-volume production by contributing expert know-how on process and equipment capabilities in collaboration with global partner fabs
  • Execute release and delivery decisions for production goods in strict alignment with established quality and production standards

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • A Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or a comparable technical field
  • Several years of professional experience in semiconductor manufacturing, focusing on technology development, process, or yield engineering
  • Technical expertise in Silicon or WBG technologies (SiC/GaN) and experience supporting technology ramp-ups in high-volume environments
  • Advanced skills in statistical data analysis (SPC, DOE) and the application of AI/Machine Learning for process optimization
  • A structured and analytical mindset with a proven ability to drive complex topics independently from analysis to implementation
  • Excellent communication and interface skills to collaborate effectively across global production, quality, and development teams
  • Fluency in English is required, with German language skills being a distinct advantage in our international environment

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
