For one of our sites Meitingen or Bonn we are looking for a Global Head of Quality (f/m/d) Business Line Electronic & Industrial Solutions (EIS).

Your opportunity:

  • Lead global quality management and all quality-related activities across Business Line EIS
  • Define and execute the global quality strategy, assessing organizational maturity and developing roadmaps to strengthen product and process quality across the organization
  • Accountable for achieving annual and strategic quality targets for Business Line EIS
  • Develop and lead the global quality organization, coaching local teams and ensuring the effective implementation of quality standards, tools, and methodologies
  • Define and ensure quality KPIs and targets, monitor COPQ performance, analyze results with EIS sites and drive improvement actions
  • Ensure robust quality processes across the product lifecycle, including APQP/PPAP, control and test plans, structured change management, and systematic problem-solving
  • Oversee customer and supplier quality management, including the resolution of major quality incidents, customer complaints, supplier issues, and the alignment of key specifications
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement through active participation in EHS, QM, and OPX reviews

Your profile:

  • Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline
  • Several years of experience in quality management within an international manufacturing environment
  • Proven leadership experience in global or multi-site organizations
  • Experience in managing complex quality incidents, customer complaints, and supplier quality topics in an international environment
  • Deep expertise in quality methodologies and tools, such as PPAP, FMEA, root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D)
  • Strong track record in developing and implementing quality strategies, including KPI systems and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication skills in English and German
