Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

Installation and Commissioning:

Assemble, install, and commission various SANY products according to manufacturer's specifications and industry standards.

Conduct thorough testing and commissioning procedures to ensure equipment functionality and safety.

Maintenance and Repair:

Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using advanced diagnostic tools.

Execute timely repairs and replacements of faulty components.

Technical Support:

Provide expert technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Offer guidance on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Field Service:

Respond to service calls and conduct on-site inspections to assess equipment condition.

Collaborate with customers to schedule and coordinate service visits.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and detailed service records, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and inspection findings.

Generate comprehensive reports on equipment performance, service history, and potential improvement areas.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field service and equipment maintenance.

Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
